CTM was founded in 1979 by Mr Tan Chye Thiam. With the humble beginning to provide opportunities for farmers whose livelihood were affected by the change of agricultural landscape in Singapore.
As a new player in the environmental cleaning and building maintenance industry, CTM, from its inception, has always been offering a combination of resilience, willingness to embrace changes, and more importantly, the commitment to improve livelihood of the community.
